We are Katie and Chris Francis. Our brainchild is SuzieAutomatic, she was a vision we had while living in Somerville MA in our tiny apartment. Our biological children are Lewella (she's 2) and Henry (he's brandnew). Our business had a slow begining with a sale a week for the first bit and then things picked up with a few blogs here and a few wholesale accounts and now we are just living part of the American dream!
Our business was set up with wedding money from a generous grandparent. He had a little faith in our marriage and our entrepreneurial minds I guess. Chris and Katie both grew up in families who owned businesses. Chris on a boatyard and Katie's parents started a successful art business. Chris has a degree in Film from Emerson College and Katie has her BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design. These artful educations really help lend an artistic approach to our designing process. We don't buy art online and then just pump out the decals, we make the designs from scratch as each one pops into our heads. It is a really fun business and we are very pleased with our sales. One very interesting aspect about our decals is that we sell world wide, we have sold to over 200 different countries and our decals are spread throughout the United States. What a great and honest income, to design something and then have people like it and buy it.

Our decals are all designed by us. We never use purchased vector art, which means our decals are one of a kind. All our products are made right here in our studio/office in Lexington, MA. The vinyl we have chosen to adorn your fancy machines we call laptops is high quality, industry grade vinyl by Avery. We have used it on boats, windows, canvas, wood and of course lots of laptops. It goes on (and comes off) like a dream. We send instructions for application with each order and a small FREE decal to practice with.
For all those paying with PayPal, thank you this is the most streamlined way of payment and allows us to get you what you order right away.
Because our products are relatively small, we send most items through the USPS. Some orders we would like to FedEx or UPS, if you have a preference, please let us know and we can definitely get it to you. All of our orders are sent within 3 days of receiving payment.
